Training

During the pandemic, I was struck by the fact that the junior members on my team were no longer getting the “hands on” training they used to get when sitting across from their bosses. As a result, I decided to write and give four training sessions on the following areas that the team chose:

-       A general presentation on the lessons I had learned during my career (Too wise, too late)

-       A guide to actionable strategic thinking

-       Contributing to the agency’s financial performance

-       Managing your career and personal brand

 Thoroughly rewarding to do and hopefully useful too.
